Codra Enterprises, Inc. is looking for a professional, motivated, and all-around accountant to help support our growing Orange County office.

Primary Responsibilities

- Bookkeeping, journal entries, and month-end closing functions

- Financial statements and general ledger

- Prepare various financial reports and analysis

- Purchase orders, vendor invoices, and accounts payable

- Billing invoices, sales orders, and cash collections

- Cash management and bank reconciliation

- Inventory transactions and reconciliation


Secondary Responsibilities

- Prepare shipping and custom clearance documents

- Maintain tariff codes and freight schedules

- Assist with ERP software implementation, testing, and operations


Job Requirements

- Bachelor’s Degree (Accounting preferred)

- Minimum few years of accounting experience
- Detail oriented, organized, accurate, and punctual

- Must be able to multi-task and to track multiple projects

- MS Office and/or Google Suite (excellent spreadsheet skills a plus)

- Possesses professional attitude with collaboration and teamwork skills

- Self-starter who shows initiative, is resilient, and takes responsibility
- Excellent English writing/communication skills

Further Details

- Full time position

- Monday through Friday, 8:30 am to 5:30 pm
